Return Policy for ECommerce Purchases:

Customers making purchases through the ecommerce portal are eligible to return items within 3 days from the date of material receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below. Submit a written return request to care@uphaarmela.com for processing.

Cancellation:

  1. Our consumer policy allows customers to cancel their placed order requests within a 60-minute window from the time of purchase, ensuring flexibility and convenience for our valued shoppers.
  2. In addition, customers can easily initiate the cancellation process by logging into their dashboard.

Conditions for Return:

  1. We accept returns for items with manufacturing defects.
  2. Additionally, return items for discrepancies in size, color, or shape compared to the ordered product.
  3. Furthermore, you can return items if there is a variance between the website photo and the delivered product.
  4. Moreover, you may return items if we deliver the wrong product or to the incorrect address.
  5. Uphaar Mela will notify the customer if a specific ordered item is out of stock. Subsequently, a full refund will be issued if the customer chooses not to wait.
  6. We fulfill the accepted returns within a strict time frame of 7 working days after receiving a written return request.
  7. Please note that we do not extend to orders placed using Cash on Delivery as this payment option does not support returns. No return requests can be entertained for orders paid via Cash on Delivery.

General Conditions for Returning:

  1. Verify that the item’s details (name, image, brand, article number) match, and ensure the undamaged visibility of the MRP tag.
  2. Handloom products must remain unused, unwashed, and free from any stains for return eligibility.
  3. The product must be free of damage, including scratches, dents, tears, or holes, for return eligibility.
  4. “New Delhi” shall be the jurisdiction for all e-commerce disputes.

Return Process:

  • We will not accept items that do not meet the specified conditions and will return them to the customer at their expense, with no reimbursement.
  • If Uphaar Mela cannot process a replacement, it will issue a refund.
  • Securely pack returned items to prevent damage during transit. Use a reliable courier service for selfshipped returns.
  • Uphaar Mela will process refunds for ecommerce purchases upon the safe receipt of the items at its premises/warehouse.
